Details of Xmas XRS Meeting 28th December

1, What are the dates and times for the event?

The meeting will take place on December 28th. The pits will open at 13.00 with racing starting shortly after 14.00 till around 21.30.

2, How to I enter?
To enter they should complete the entry form on the website once it goes live. This will be at 09.00 on December 10th

All competitors must have a valid BRCA license and agree to comply with the COVID-19 precautions of the club and school. Membership status will be checked prior the event.

After receiving an entry provided there is space in the chosen class drivers will be allocated a provisional entry.

The entries will be allocated in the order that they are received via the website entry form.

The competitor entry status for will be uploaded to the clubs website and updated regularly to show the status of all entries.

Drivers with a provisional entry will then be sent a an email explaining how to pay for their entry using PayPal. Once paid this will confirm their entry into the meeting.

Booking in for the meeting will close on 23rd December at 12.00

After booking in closes drivers who have a provisional entry that have not paid will be removed from the entry list and their space offered to drivers on the reserve list.

3, What is the event format?

  • 1 x controlled practice in heat order
  • 4 x FTQ qualifying runs
  • Single leg final

5, How much will it cost?
Entry to the event will cost £10 for adults and £7 for juniors (under 16 years old).

3, What classes are running?

  • LMP12 –  13.5 motor, open tyres
  • GT12 –  13.5 motor, open tyres
  • Touring Car – 17.5 motor, open tyres

Provisionally the entry for each class will be limited as follows-

  • LMP12 – 21 (3 x 7 car heats)
  • GT12 – 14 (2 x 7 car heats)
  • TC17.5 – 21 (3 x 7 car heats)
  • This will be reviewed after initial entries have been received to fill the meeting as efficiently as possible.

NOTE- Only BRCA approved water based additives are permitted to be used

6, How do I cancel my entry?
If you cannot attend the meeting please email the club so that your entry can be offered to another driver (trracinfo@gmail.com) . The cut off for refunds is 26th December at 12.00
